Do you believe when i say i have never ever ate cauliflower in my whole life??i know it sounds ridiculous but it's the truth and i don't even know why i didn't eat that.i guess i wasn't really fond of cauliflower and always used to refuse even when someone offered me.and suddenly i find a fresh bunch of cauliflowers in my refrigerator courtesy of my dear husband.He said he found them really fresh and couldn't resist buying.So after avoiding it for couple of days i finally decided to make some gobi parathas, that way i can actually start eating them.so here's the recipe
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower/Gobi-1
- salt-1/2 tbsp
- Chilli-1/2 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder-1/2tbsp
- chat masala-1/2tbsp
- Coriander
- Flour -for parathas
1.Prepare Dough for Parathas.
2.grate the cauliflower,add salt,chilli powder, garam masala,chat masala,chopped coriander and butter. 3.Now to make paratha,make balls from the dough and roll them into 4 inch circle.
4.Place the cauliflower stuffing in the centre of the circle and gather the edges together and seal it properly.
5.Dip it into dry flour and roll them gently into 6 inch circles. 5.Heat the pan on medium heat,Place the parathas and fry them using ghee or butter till they have golden brown spots both sides.
6.Repeat the process for all the parathas and serve it with yogurt and achaar(pickle).
