Donuts

So i decided to test my culinary skills this Sunday.Whenever i see the pretty pictures of donuts i start drooling over and all of us in our family love donuts(who doesn't) especially my 4 year old son.so i thought i should give it a try at it once.I actually thought making donuts would be time consuming and involve a lot of process and many ingredients. But when i read the recipe online it was pretty Simple and all you need is flour,Sugar,eggs and yeast.

I mixed all the ingredients and made a dough.You need to rest the dough for about an hour.Then i rolled it and cut them into shapes.and all you need to do is fry them and coat them with castor sugar.They might not look perfect in shape but i believe it wasn't bad for the first time and they taste very good too.Hope you enjoyed reading the post.
